Trainline - Aggregation
What’s the benefit of going to the aggregator? That’s the question Trainline increasingly has to answer.
Typically the answer has been that you can get the cheapest tickets, which is true, but only tells part of the story.
Our research showed that whilst price is the most common priority, it isn’t most peoples priority when they book tickets.
So price is a priority, but not the priority.
Really the benefit of Trainline is that, whatever your priority, you can choose how you train.
