Trains are late quite often. After 15 minutes passengers are due compensation.
The problem is most people don’t know they’re entitled and it’s a pain to claim when they do.
That’s where Trainline’s awesome Delay Repay feature comes in.
Our job was to embed a new habit amongst travellers moving forward, rather than going on a crusade to process old claims.
So we tried to flip the narrative, from you are owed, to simply it’s your money.
Then the task became, find the simplest, catchiest way possible to remind travellers; don’t leave your money on the train
